Great having 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms were good sized too. Very quiet neighbors & minimal night noise. It was great access to the beach! You could hear the waves from sitting outside. Would definitely book again

Ideal location

This place is in an ideal location. It is on the quieter end of the beach, which is great. It is about a half mile walk to get to the attractions and pier which is perfect. Also about 50 yards to the sand. The privacy of three bedrooms was nice, and also a small living area to watch TV and eat. Nothing fancy, but a good place to stay.

We travel to OOB every year, but this year were late to book so our normal locations were full. This rental is practically a stones throw to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the pier/arcade/rides, which is a must with the kids. There were some issues trying to figure out the hot water situation, the outlet for the fridge died, and some other minor issues. The owner was quick to respond, but did not offer solutions as she doesn't live in the area and does not have a property manager. I was able to resolve the issues on my own, and enjoy my time. I would recommend bringing extra towels, pillows, blankets and all paper products though, as the minimum was supplied. Overall, place was clean and we felt safe which is really what matters when traveling as a family.

It was ok

It was awesome location to beach but felt very camp like. Showers were ok. Beds were hard, pipes run across ceiling and hard to get on bunk bc of interference. Water takes awhile to get warm, I would bring own towels. The ones provided were grungy, beds were sandy before we slept in them. Perfect for quick weekend getaway with not high expectations.

Super semaine

Super séjour, Communication #1, il est survenu un problème de disjoncteur lors de l'utilisation du grille-pain et j'ai eu un suivi rapide avec la propriétaire afin de remédier à la situation. L'endroit était très propre et joviale. Très près de la plage, et à distance de marche suffisamment près du centre-ville sans avoir le bruit du centre-ville. Nous envisageons déjà l'été prochain et prévoyons y séjourner à nouveau encore. Les seuls points moins agréable ont été: 1: pas de points d'eau dehors pour ce rincer et éviter de rentré plein de sable à l'intérieur. 2: nous devions avoir 2 ensembles de serviettes-débarbouillettes par personne pour notre séjour (nous étions 6 personnes) par contre nous avons eu que 8 ensembles de 2 au lieu de 12 ensembles de 2.
