Ótima localização.
Localização perfeita. Dá pra ir a pé a vários estabelecimentos, entre eles: Fábrica e Loja de Chocolates Prawer, Restaurante Aquecce, Mercadinhos e mercearias. Há poucos minutos de carro do centro e principais pontos turísticos. O apartamento é grande e espaçoso. Ficamos em 6 adultos, 2 crianças e 1 bebê. A dona do apartamento foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Recomendo!!!

Imóvel muito confortável em excelente estado
Já estive várias vezes em Gramado e esse é o melhor imóvel que aluguei, voltarei a me hospedar lá sem dúvida. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e até indicou um excelente restaurante pra encomendarmos a ceia. O apto é amplo, arejado e limpo. Os quartos tem blackout nas janelas pra impedir a passagem da luz , o que nos proporcionou ótimas noites de sono e Tb ajuda a abafar os eventuais ruídos da avenida das Hortênsias. Tem bebedouro, cozinha completa, smart Tv (até netflix) e lavanderia com máquina de lavar.

Excelente apartamento. Ótima localização fica na avenida principal da cidade, com fácil acesso. Camas confortáveis, muitos cobertores e toalhas de banho tudo super limpo. Encontramos o Apartamento limpo e muito bem organizado. Éramos 9 pessoas e nossa hospedagem foi muito confortável, o apartamento é grande e bem mobiliado. Excelente apartamento. Ótima localização, na avenida principal da cidade, com fácil acesso ao centro de Gramado, Canela e atrações. Camas confortáveis, chuveiro quente, muitos cobertores, toalhas de banho, utensílios de cozinha, todos os quartos possuem ar-condicionado (quente/frio), há também uma deliciosa lareira e um aquecedor portátil. Tínhamos à disposição várias madeiras para a lareira! O apartamento é bem grande, com elevador. A Edineia é uma ótima pessoa. Deu total assistência e nos recepcionou muito bem! Tem wi-fi! O lugar é maravilhoso! bem centralizado, de fácil acesso. Aparatamento com cômodos grandes, bem espaçoso! Decorações linda, sofá e camas confortáveis. Ar condicionado bem geladinho e chuveiro bem quentinho. A vista das janelas e varanda é magnifica. Acesso por escada ou elevador. Cozinha bem equipada.

Muito bom!
Nossa estadia em gramado foi mto boa! O apartamento é ótimo, bem espaçoso, quartos amplos e camas mto confortáveis. Fomos com crianças e foi bem legal pra todos. A localização também é mto boa. Fácil acesso a tudo. Foi a nossa terceira vez em gramado e com crianças com certeza o apartamento foi a melhor escolha.

O apartamento de Edineia Rosa é simplesmente encantador, muito arrumado, espaçoso e com tudo que se precisa para uma estadia em
família. Nota dez para roupa de cama e banho, localização . Recomendo sim para amigos e familiares.
