Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Apt penthouse based on the description provided. Owner reached out as informed after booking we request early book in and asked if towels and sheets were avail which was a great start.
Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised upon arrival. As stated, bedroom/bedroom, no description of beds. But with a reservation of a family of 3- 2 adults and 11yr child with 2-bedroom thought of at least 2 beds. It was only 1 bedroom, and 2 single beds join to make a queen. Not as described — it was smaller and less comfortable than expected. Additionally, amenities listed such as the important washer and dryer not there.
Fortunately, the owner had another apartment. We came to an agreement for an additional cost of 800TTD per night to book. However the downstairs apartment was exactly as described and contained the washer & dryer.
There was no water one day after coming back from the beach and having prior plans - no toilet and shower facility until late that evening. Only upon ask admin we realize it was schedule water works the owners should have informed guest. Message owners never got a response but Kathy the housekeeper was quite apologetic on behalf.
The pools are lovely again false pics you have to walk to the nearest one. Paying more for what we have been a facility to hold a reservation of 3 and all issues, no communication or partial refunds for lengthy period of inconvenience due to water made the stay frustrating. Shot budget, lack of transparency.
