I’ve stayed in many homes in Paso over the years. This home by far was the most challenging experience. We had to ask for the door code to check in as we are standing at the door ready to begin our stay. All three of us will need to seek treatment from a chiropractor because the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The air conditioner barely worked and it was 100 degrees on Saturday and the house never cooled the entire stay. The TV did not work as stated. There was no Netflix like it said in the book. We kept getting error messages and no one responded to my inquiry about it. There was a remote for a fire stick but no fire stick. The remote that did work took 30 minutes just to click on one thing and there were no instructions on how to work the tv and which remote did what. And I’m tech savvy. As I’ve said, I’ve stayed at many homes in Paso for my annual vacations and never wrote a review like this. The blankets smelled bad and were scratchy, there was a big chunk of dried bread visibly under the couch. Ya, we cleaned it up. As a guest I’ve never been demanded to wash dry and put away my dishes. We always do this but the demand was off putting and the cherry on top is we had to take out our own trash. I’ve never been asked to do that either.Even the excellent location didn’t make up for the frustration of all these issues.
Can't ask for a better location! Very quaint and comfortable too!
