We loved everything from the hot tub area to the fire pit area to just relax!! But inside was beautiful and so very unique!! We wish we had stayed much longer! We hope to get back soon!

Very quiet and peaceful location. Easy to find with directions provided by host. GPS was accurate as well. The lake was relaxing to view and the hot tub was huge and immaculate! The cabin itself was very clean, cozy and comfortable. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place and its owners. Would definitely book again if we’re going to be in the area in the future.

Amazing place to stay. Nice and quiet. My wife and I absolutely loved this place. It was perfect. Hot tub was huge. The bed we slept in was sweet. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away for a few days. We plan on trying to stay here the next time we visit this area. Cape Girardeau is just across the river and has an abundance of places to eat.

Host was excellent! I had flowers sent to the lodge for my girlfriend and they were handled with care. We were greeted by the most affectionate, cutest kitten (Hers-berry). Place was lovely and there was a book for us explaining the history of the family and property. We had an amazing stay. Would definitely come back again!

Everything was great. We had a wonderful stay The only thing I would add would maybe be to be some spray for cooking maybe shower gel, otherwise it was perfect.
