Mid Ohio Comfort

Serene, deluxe getaway 6 minutes from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course & 10 minutes from Snow Trails! This 3 bed, 2 bath is equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay, including a 2 car attached garage. Fully remodeled and updated, this home was designed with comfort in mind. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood minutes from playgrounds, a bike trail, a coffee shop, and restaurants this house is centralized for all ages. Located an hour from Cleveland and Columbus!

We have 3 Queen size beds, a pack and play, high chair, coffee & Keurig, breakfast essentials, toiletry essentials, and laundry essentials.

You have access to the entire house, including the garage!
We are located in a friendly and welcoming community. As such we ask that you respect our neighbor`s privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.

This is a smoke-free home, including the garage. This includes all substances.

If you do smoke, please do so outside & not around any open windows or doors. Thank you!

We welcome pets as per your booking, please respect these following requests to keep our home enjoyable for everybody:

No Cats are allowed, Dogs only.

If you bring a dog, please pick up after them. This is a very safe neighborhood to walk the pup in, so enjoy! All we ask is to keep our yard & our neighbors` yard free of solid pet waste!

When you go to throw away your dog`s number 2, please do not place them right in the outside trash bins. We understand this is common practice in some areas but here it is not. All trash including pet waste must be in a trash bag.

We stayed at this home for a week to visit with our family. The home was perfect for us. Centrally located, modern updates, great neighborhood, super quiet and safe area. We will look to rent again in the future when we come back.

We had a great stay at this property. Nicely updated and kept very clean. We visit family in the area and there aren’t many great options close by as far as hotels, especially with small children so it was awesome finding this property.

Our first impression: there's not much here for the price. However, by the time we left we found the house to be comfortable and suitable for 2 people. Check-in was easy, the kitchen is nice (we loved the Keurig machine!). The beds were comfortable, and there were pillows for every taste. We thought it odd that were wasn't much furniture, especially in the bedrooms. Having a dresser, or chest of drawers would certainly help families staying longer than a couple of days. The master bathroom was extraordinarily small. Having over-the-toilet shelves was vital, but the gaps in the shelves made it difficult to hold smaller items. The shower was nice, but you had to lean over the toilet and around the shelves to reach the controls. Perhaps adding a hook on the back of the door is in order. There's no way a couple could share that bathroom. We found the light switches in the living room confusing. With only the ceiling light, it was impossible to have light that wasn't extremely bright and directly on your eyes. Some lamps would be nice, and small labels on the wall switches would be handy. The front porch furniture was comfortable, but the addition of chairs and a small table on the back deck would make that area perfect for morning coffee. We enjoyed our short stay, but feel that this house is still a work in progress. It may eventually have value to match the price, but it's not there yet.
