very clean and ideal for a single person or couple..great location. Wi Fi was difficult to activate. Never did figure it out, but think it was me more than the Wi Fi.I was upgraded to unit 12a. I would stay there again

The location was great, right off the beach. The grounds were well kept and the people we met were friendly. I play pickle ball, so was happy to get in a few games one day. We were pleasantly surprised that the place had beach chairs on the property beach. Parking was convenient. The accommodations were as described, with a pleasant outdoor seating spot. There were only a few drawbacks. Our stay was for three nights, neither short nor long. There was no shampoo, one roll of toilet paper and no cooking oils so we had to run to the store to buy items. Not a major drawback but an inconvenience. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned behind the faucet for some time. Running a toothbrush behind faucet would have solved that problem. But overall, it was great.

Small condo with good beach access

The condo has a terrible smell - almost like sewage- not sure where it was coming from either the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, or shower doesn’t have a trap. Also, not a king size bed, a queen Murphy bed with the flattest pillows. The condo is definitely good size for two people and if the smell wasn’t soooo bad would definitely recommend the place.

Had we known, we absolutely would have sent someone to check on the smell right away, and if it couldn’t be resolved quickly, we would have gladly offered to upgrade you to another available unit.
