Guests may park on the street or in the parking area in the back of the house off the alley. After entering through the front door into the entry space, you`ll find a stylish living room with a comfy couch and 50` TV. Past the living room is the colorful dining room with seating for six and an updated full bathroom with a stacked washer and dryer. The back of the house boasts a huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large island, perfect for enjoying a meal or just hanging out while cooking.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds with fresh sheets, extra blankets, black-out shades, and ample clothing storage. Guests may choose the first bedroom with a TV and work desk, the middle pass-through bedroom, or the back bedroom with a TV and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. Please take note that to access the back bedroom you must walk through either the bathroom or the middle bedroom.
Miller`s Mark is a comfortable and boldly-styled house with enough space and privacy for families, friends, roommates, or colleagues to all live comfortably and peacefully while visiting Central Ohio.
4% credit card fees will not be refunded for guest cancellations or modifications.

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance. Parties may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Any evidence of smoking may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation without refund.
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside.
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs may be billed. These are not covered by the $1,000 smoking violation fine.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• No candles, incense, or strong-smelling substances.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
