This inviting ranch is a comfortable and stylish place to call home while visiting Central Ohio. The house features a large living room with an updated kitchen with a dining area. The backdoor lead to the large backyard with a patio and two-car garage, and around the corner is a bonus living room with a large sectional sofa and a laptop desk. Down the hall are the laundry closet, a full bathroom and three private bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a convenient en suite bathroom.
Guests may park on the street, in the driveway, or in the two-car garage. After entering through the front door into the entry space, you`ll find a cozy living room with a comfy couch and 50` TV. Past the living room is the large kitchen with a table for four, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A stacked washer and dryer is conveniently set in a laundry closet in the kitchen, with bifold doors for sound control. Off the dining area is the surprise second loving room, for extra space to relax and unwind.
Each bedroom features comfortable beds with fresh sheets, extra blankets, black-out shades, and ample clothing storage. Guests may choose the first bedroom that doubles as a private office, the serene middle bedroom, or the primary bedroom with TV and private en suite bathroom. In addition to the full bathroom off the hall with a tub/shower combo, the en suite bathroom has a second tub/shower combo, along with extra space for linen storage.
Bartlett Base is a comfortable and practical home with enough space and privacy for families, friends, roommates, or colleagues to all live comfortably and peacefully while visiting Central Ohio.
*The current rate is the property`s winter rate. Rate for April to October booking is roughly $300 more.

SUMMARY
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
