Welcome to The Henhouse. This charming 2600 sq. ft. lake front home has been fully renovated and is perfect for a family getaway or an adult football weekend. Enjoy the beauty and fun of Lake Tuscaloosa while also being only a 20 minute drive to Bryant Denney stadium. The main level features an inviting open-concept kitchen, living and dining room that is perfect for entertaining. The house features 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The house has a fenced yard overlooking the lake with a fire pit and chairs perfect for hanging out or roasting smores. The property also has a lake side sitting area with grill, and a gorgeous dock.

The Master suite is the only bedroom located on the main level so it is very private. It features a king size bed and fully renovated bathroom. The main level also features a laundry room and half bath. The open concept kitchen, living and dining room is an inviting and cozy space with a a wood burning fire place. A set of stairs leads you down to a second full living room with a wood burning fireplace that is perfect for children or another hang out area. The downstairs also features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The property is located 15 miles from Byrant Denny Stadium.

The house was newly renovated and very clean! It was very spacious and had everything we would have needed plus more!! The host was very quick to respond to messages over the weekend as well. It was an easy and well lit walk to the lake and the dock was very nice! We had access to a few extra floats as well which was convenient! Very good place to stay, will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and we especially appreciated the little touches provided like local coffee and honey. The best part was the dock. It was perfect for boating and swimming.

Most thoughtful owners of all the places we have stayed!

My family came for my daughter’s graduation at UA from nursing school (Roll tide!). The property is gorgeous! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making sure the stay was perfect. The view was incredible and there were even phone chargers by the beds! The property has been recently renovated and it was so nice and bright. We will be back for a game weekend! Thank you!!

Such a cute house on the lake!

We were in town for a Bama game and had four couples stay at the house. It is totally renovated and done so well! It is right on the lake with a great boathouse. Our college students enjoyed coming out to swim. The house is very comfortable, decorated in such a cute way and is well stocked, particularly the kitchen. The owner, John, was very responsive and accommodating. Even the neighbors are nice. We will be back! The only thing the house needs is a few hair dryers. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Great property.. great host. we picked it because it looked like there was a lot of space in front of the dock for the kids to swim.. little did we know that the dock had everything we needed. There's so many great things about the property. But I'll start by saying there was a small hiccup when we arrived and John was super responsive and came to the property personally to handle it. The beds were comfortable, my wife loved the coffee maker and ordered one before we left. Mostly there's just great hangout space everywhere you look. From the dock to the grill just above the dock... To the fire pit in the backyard with seats to watch the sun setting. . To the deck that's outfitted with the Blackstone. Sometimes You're at a place and you're looking for things that would normally be there... There was nothing I wanted that wasn't already there.
