Getting Around:

Car is best for exploring the city, however there is a public transportation stop within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.



2. There will be lock out fee - $50,

unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50



3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

Warning to future guests: I strongly advise against staying at this one-bedroom VRBO. The condition of the property was unacceptable and far below basic standards.Cleanliness was a major issue. The walls were covered in numerous stains, the floors were dirty, and even the blankets had visible stains. The entire unit felt unsanitary and poorly maintained.On top of that, the furnace was extremely loud and seemed to run constantly, making it very difficult to sleep or relax during the stay.Parking was also a significant problem. Spaces were very limited and extremely small, making it inconvenient and frustrating to park.Overall, this property was a very disappointing experience and did not match reasonable expectations for a rental. I would strongly recommend that future guests look for other options.

Simple & clean except for the dirty windows with broken shade and a missing wand to open them. Sparse seating, just one couch and two dining chairs. Nothing on the walls. Otherwise, acceptable for a weekend retreat.
