Relax in this spacious 1 bedroom/1 bedroom newly remodled apartment. In the living room you can relax with your favorite shows on a 50" Smart TV. Log into your own streaming services to binge watch your favorite shows and movies.

Fully equipped kitchen for quick or full meals. Enjoy a cozy bedroom with full closet, king bed and comfy linens. Convenient washer/dryer combo in unit.

Nice, clean property

Nice, clean property had everything I needed for my stay. It was walking distance to UNMC. Kind, helpful property manager. I will keep this apartment in mind for next time.
