About this property

Large 3 bed family holiday home. Free WIFI.Close to beach and pubs/restaurants.

Please note there is a separate cleaning fee of €70 payable to the key holder/cleaner on arrival. This is a spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a large family room. There is air conditioning throughout. There is a balcony with garden furniture, a front porch and a side garden with BBQ. The house is also right next to the communal swimming pool.

The area is renowned for its many beautiful beaches and wonderful golf courses. The house is just 5 minutes walk from a vibrant strip of Bars and restaurants and only 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and marina.
There is a water park and a Nightly fair ground a short 15 minute drive/Taxi /Bus journey away.
There are lots of water activities available at the local marina such as Scuba Diving, Boat Trips, Pedal Boats and Jet Skis.
With 320 days of sunshine per annum this is a great destination all year round whether it be for a Family Holiday, A Golfing Break or a Romantic Get Away.
You can fly to either Alicante or Murcia Airport which are only 50 minutes away and there is a private mini bus service available on request.
