Welcome to our fun family get away! As a parent, I know that when the kids are at play, WE get to relax...kinda! We have designed this home for families and friends to gather, play, laugh and create amazing memories.

WATERFRONT & POOL OASIS

Our backyard is a private playground designed for 14 guests to soak up the sun and enjoy the water. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or hosting a massive outdoor dinner, we have you covered.

Take a dip or relax on the attached lounger featuring built-in bubbles. We’ve provided an electric pump and a fleet of floats—including our famous flamingos and swans.

Outdoor Dining: Gather around our brand-new, oversized dining table for sunset meals under the ambient string lights and light-up planters.

Activities for Everyone: From a mini-golf course (4 putters included) and badminton to a dedicated kids' sandbox and water toys.

Beach Ready: Heading out? Use our beach umbrella, chairs, mats, and sand toys.



THE CHEF'S KITCHEN

A boho-inspired, open-concept space with under-cabinet lighting and everything needed to feed your entire group.

Social Hub: A large island that seats 4 comfortably for breakfast or drinks.

Fully Stocked: Plenty of cabinet space, mixers, serving dishes, and service for 14+ guests.

The Essentials: We provide oils, spices, and a dedicated coffee/tea station to start your mornings.

Kid-Friendly: Specialized plates, cups, and utensils for the little ones, plus a high chair.



THE LIVING ROOM

Relax in a space designed for comfort and "good vibes."

Entertainment: An 80" Smart TV with LED backlighting and a record player for the perfect soundtrack.

Lounge: Sink into our oversized, soft sectional sofa—plenty of room for the whole group to gather.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Every room is optimized for rest with blackout curtains, night lights, and reading lamps.

The Primary Suite: Features 2 Queen beds, two huge picturesque windows with stunning views, a reading chair, and a massive ensuite with a deep soaker tub and glass shower.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Serene Queen retreats with premium linens and large windows.

Bedroom 4 (The Guest Suite): A Queen bed with a private glass shower ensuite. This room connects conveniently to the laundry and the kids' room.

Bedroom 5 (The Ultimate Kids' Room): Twin bunks, fun string lights, and a treasure trove of toys (Barbies, cars, trucks, and a mini kitchen).

Extra Sleep Space: Two single floor mattresses are available for additional guest flexibility.



FOR THE LITTLE ONES

Traveling with infants is easy here. We have everything you need tucked away and ready:

Bathing: Stand-up baby bath and a smaller floor baby bath.

Sleep & Care: Pack ‘n Play, a change table, and a baby monitor.

Gear: A stroller is located in the primary bedroom for your use.



HOUSE PERKS

Parking: Private driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer located conveniently in the Bedroom 5 cabinets (detergent pods provided).

Climate & Comfort: Extra pillows and blankets in every room to keep everyone cozy.



DOOR ALARMS

There are alarms on every door. We highly recommend you arm each door to notify you if the door is open to keep the children safe.

KOSHER STAYS

We offer a professional koshering service for the kitchen and BBQ upon request. This includes specialized deep cleaning of all appliances, surfaces, cutlery, and BBQ grate prep. Please message us before your arrival to arrange this service and discuss the associated fees.



POOL: The pool is set at a refreshing temperature of 80°, with an option to upgrade to 90°. If you’d like it heated to a higher temperature, arrangements can be made upon request for an additional fee of $69 per day.



The lounger attached to the pool is not a hot tub and stays at the same temperature as the pool.



Pool fence installation $199 - Installed before your stay and removed at end of stay.



**Florida is a subtropical climate. We have MANY forms of nature. Some unwanted....although we treat the home regularly for pests, unfortunately some of these critters get inside and around the home. Please keep this in mind as you may catch a glimpse of some.
