What makes this property unique
We are offering a modern one-bedroom apartment with a newly renovated, state-of-the-art bathroom, a terrace, and a garden view. The apartment underwent a full renovation in 2016, with the bathroom being completely updated in 2022. We’ve also replaced the windows, patio doors, and entrance door to ensure complete soundproofing. The apartment features two split air conditioning and heating systems. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed and spacious closets. The living area is equipped with a smart TV, and the couch can be easily converted into two single beds.
