Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave vehicle tags on kitchen counter. There will be a $100 charge for each non returned tag
Wash and put away any dishes
Strip beds and put all used linens in the laundry area. Start the first load of wash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must complete additional paperwork for HOA
The beach is a common area shared by the community. Please be kind and respectful of neighbors and considerate of noise.
Parking tags will be provided and must be left behind for future guests. Lost or non returned tags will be charged back at $100 per tag
