Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area, and porch with mountain views. Amenities include an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, pool table, and arcade. Walk or bike to Killington Resort. In winter, hop on the weekend shuttle to the lifts and ski back home on the ski-home trail.

We have a blink doorbell camera that monitors the entryway and parking area.

- Trail Creek is a 100% smoke-free community, indoors and out. There is a $500 fine for smoking.

- The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
