The laundry is for the use of our staff, but we do share. Hotel laundry comes first, specific days are specified and posted for each unit.
Please don't feed the iguanas as they like to snack on our plants. Encourage them to leave.
The pool is for swimming, let the crocodiles enjoy the canal.

Welcome to Royale Manor.

I have been a Hotelier in Victoria, British Colunbia for most of my career. After retirement, I missed the guests who came to visit from all over the world, so Royale Manor came into being. Located in Central America and with strong Carribbean vibes, it was the ideal choice to add interest to my life.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the people and culture of Belize and as a life long learner I am always amazed at how much my life has been enriched.

I have three children, two living in Western Canada and my oldest daughter in Edmonds, Washington.

Why they chose this property

Royale Manor is located on a prestigious street in Corozal, sandwiched beetween the ocean on one side and a canal on the other. We have a 41 ft slip on the property. It's the perfect property for me as I have a custom one bedoom suite for myself and which I rent out when I am out of the country for 6 months.

What makes this property unique

I think our property is unique because, while it is located in the town of Corozal, yet is still far enough way from the city centre to give us peace and solitute in a busy world. We have all the amenities of home, yet don't have the hustle and bustle of barking dogs and partygoers on our doorstep.
The waterfront location on two sides of the lot lets us enjoy sea creatures and allows for fishing.
