From your balcony you can relax and enjoy the view of the gulf and it's sandy white beach.The master bedroom is located ocean side where you can hear the waves and see the beach outside your window. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and t.v. You will find in one bedroom bunk beds and games for the children.Also, a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities are there for your convience.

Although an older property, it was perfect layout for a couple of audlts and two teenagers. Unlike previous properties at which I have stayed, the pots and pans were sturdy and not the cheap aluminum that you often see at a rental. There was also plenty of cutlery and kitchen tools. The view was magnificent and the location was so very convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. The owner was wonderful to deal with and all in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was great and owner was so easy to communicate with! The unit could definitely use some updating and kitchen was not well stocked for cooking things… overall it was a good visit! Location is ideal!!

Fantastic Location

Property was a bit dated. Having said that the condo was very well equiped. Comfortable beds, plenty of room. The view - outstanding!!!! Great facilities - indoor/outdoor pool was nice.

Great stay

We loved the location, couldn't be beat. My kids stayed at other great location's but when they saw our location they said "you paid for your location". This exact condo will be the one we reserved when returning to this location.

We certainly enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Communication with host was good! We had a great stay!!

Perfect Get away

Nice, cute stay where it was ocean front. The condo was clean and fit every need. This trip was very special since it was the first vacation since my 5 year olds open heart surgery. The owner was super nice and my son enjoyed his time on the beach and the indoor/outdoor pool. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Everything was great. Everything you would want nearby. Just a couple of minor issues. Couple of the bathroom sinks would barely drain and no pantry. Lots of cabinets thoigh. Would book again

Great location, condo was clean and efficient, toaster and yellow lighting could use an update and instructions on how to use wally the tv provider, my teens couldn't figure it out. The beach was closed 3 of our 5 days but we enjoyed other things. Over all a nice get away

We had a blast!

This property hosted a great experience for our two families! It was very clean and the location was great! The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy for cooking meals. If sleeping 8, bring blankets because there aren’t extras for the sleeper sofa and if you’re allergic cats, as I am, bring meds because there are some on the property.

Best stay in years

Candi was an amazing property owner and communication with her was super prompt. We even had a mix up in our check out date and she was more than helpful and accommodating. The condo was more than big enough for our family with two small children and my elderly mother. Probably one of the cleanest condos we’ve rented in years. Hoping to go back next year!

Great Family Vacation!

Family of 6 had a great time on our Orange Beach Vacation! Candi's condo was exactly as described and perfect!! The younger kids loved the bunkbed room, and having 3 bathrooms was great!!! Access to the room was awesome, being right next to the stairs and elevator, and the view was perfect! We sat out on the patio every morning drinking our coffee and watched the dolphins beyond the sand bar. It was nice being on the west end of Orange Beach away from most of the high rises. We never really had to bust it to the beach in the morning to claim a spot. The kids loved playing in the sand, chasing (and catching a few) fish with their net, and collecting shells as they washed up. There are plenty of restaurants within 2 miles of condo, and a great grocery store nearby as well. We'd definitely go back again!!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach was perfect. Sitting on the balcony watching the beach was great. The only negative is the place was not cleaned very well. We arrived an hour and half early (before check in time) and the cleaning lady had not gotten there yet. There was food,( like popcorn and chips) and other objects ( like bottle caps and so on) under and behind all the furniture. Not out of eye sight. There was hair in the bathrooms and it did not look like the bedrooms had been vacuumed. Had the place been cleaned properly, I would have given our stay a 10 out of 10, but I would say an 8. There were no bugs, so that’s a plus.

My husband and I hope to retire to Baldwin County. We have two sons and two grandchildren already living there.

Why they chose this property

As a family we vacationed in the Gulf Shores area and loved it. Harbour place is small and has a family feel to it. We own several properties and we would like to live in harbour place when we get older.

What makes this property unique

Walking the beach and just enjoying the lifestyle the area has to offer year round. Seeing the different fish relocate during the seasons. During the tourist season seeing the families with children having fun as we have had with our children and now our grandchildren. The fall and winter months are wonderful as the pace slows down and beach walks are always soothing.
