Property is super convenient to all activities in Orlando. The 2 BR/2 bath setup is great for families. We have stayed here before and overall it’s a good value for the money (especially) compared to other places you can stay in Orlando, but the villas are tired and in a major need of a renovation.

Stay at Bonnet Creek

This was a great property for families experiencing Disney World together. Our condo was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Their sleeper sofa was the most comfortable one we've ever slept on - kudos! The amenities at Bonnet Creek made our Disney rest days very enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful Property

Absolutely beautiful property with lots of amenities. Unit was well stocked and clean . Our tower was under construction every worker was polite and made sure they were not in the way while trying to get in and out . Planning another stay next year .

In the main check in building Eduarda and Jenni were very welcoming and hospitable. For some odd reason, we were booked a split stay, and had to switch rooms from the presidential suite to a deluxe suite. Both suites, physically were fine, however during the room swap, which they were aware about, was made difficult and too long of a wait gap in between, and the customer service we experienced during the room exchange in the morning was way below par in tower 6. Felipe was very helpful and very kind. They made the stay worth it, and made up for the rude service we got earlier that morning. If it weren’t for those 3 employees, we genuinely would probably look for a different place to stay next time.
