Thank you so much for choosing Sunnyville!
We’re sorry the weather didn’t quite cooperate the way it’s supposed to in August with all the wind, but we’re so glad to hear your grandson still enjoyed the stay and was such a trooper through it all.
We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back again when the sunshine at Sunnyville shows up the way it should.
The cabin was perfect for our family get away. The lake is clear and the beach is nice for kids to play on. The cabin even had a corn hole for us to use and play. It was just a very nice get away for the family.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're so glad to hear the cabin worked out perfectly. It means a lot to know you had a fun and relaxing getaway. We’d love to have you back anytime!
We had a great stay at this location! Probably one of the cleanest and well stocked rentals we have stayed in. Kyle was quick to respond to questions and the location was lake side with a small beach and dock. We enjoyed the lily pad (for a small extra rental fee) and paddle boat during the day and had a lovely fire at night. It’s a great rental for a small family get-together!
All the kitchen utensils were there and were great quality nd clean! The lake prop was beauty, clean, well maintained like a brand new home!

Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. Our cleaners do set the AC to 78 degrees before leaving, but it’s completely up to our guests to adjust it to their comfort level once they arrive.
We truly appreciate you choosing our cabin and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.

Such a great family to host! They were easy to communicate with, respectful of the space, and cleaned up after themselves really well. Everything went smoothly, and we’d be happy to have them back anytime!
First off, the pictures don’t even do this place justice. Second, it’s exactly what we needed for a long weekend away. Picturesque sunsets on the lake, little beach for the kids to play on, and close enough to everything you could ever possibly need. Would love to come back!
I traveled here with my wife and twins age 9. The house was very clean and organized. It had everything you would need! Our kids spent almost the whole weekend on the dock fishing and catching a ton of fish!! We had the windows open and you couldnt tell it, was so quiet and peacful outside. The lake was beautiful and calm. It is not a busy lake at all. A neighbor told me that if there are 3 pontoons on the water at the same time its a traffic jam! LOL.
We will absolutely be coming back to stay again next summer!
The owners were very responsive and live nearby so if there are any questions they can help quickly!
Thank you for the quiet and enjoyable stay. See you soon!
Our family of seven (4 adults, 3 kids ages 15, 6, and 3) spent four wonderful nights at this Pine Lake cabin and loved it! The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had dinnerware, kids’ plates/cups, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, slow cooker, blender, etc.), filtered water, and storage containers. We had seating for all at the indoor table, plus outdoor seating, a kids’ table, and a highchair. Bedrooms were comfortable with extra bedding, AC, fans, and a pack-n-play. The bathroom had toiletries and plenty of bath and beach towels. Games and children’s books kept everyone entertained. The backyard was the highlight—shade trees, a sandy beach with gentle entry, and a weed roller that made swimming so enjoyable. The kids fished from the dock daily, catching bass, sunfish, and more. We spotted turtles, frogs, and even a bull snake! Water toys (paddle board, tubes, floaties, sand toys) were provided, saving us packing space. The cabin is minutes from Crosslake, where we enjoyed mini golf, ice cream, and walks to the Pine River dam.The host was exceptional—quick to respond—and the neighbor, Scott, was friendly and helpful. We made wonderful memories here and highly recommend this cabin! Note: It’s on Pine Lake near Crosslake, MN, not Big or Little Pine near Perham.
