The location is EVERYTHING! You can walk to Trader Joe’s, dozens of restaurants, Alfred’s Coffee, and more! It has great access to the freeway and is a block away from Warner Bro’s and New York Film Academy in Burbank!
What makes this property unique
It’s walkable! You usually can’t walk places in Los Angeles to so much convenience. It has a dedicated parking spot too!
