Fabulous, Spacious and Luminous Chalet with 5 Ensuite Bedrooms in A+ Mammoth Loc

Large custom built chalet.

The upper floor has high vaulted ceilings. It includes a family room with an eating area, a fireplace and a deck looking on a woody backyard, a grand living room bathed in sunshine with mountain views and a fireplace, a dinning room with a farm table and a large kitchen.

The middle floor has five bedrooms (each with their own ensuite bathroom, three with a balcony) and a laundry room.

The ground floor has a three car garage (+ large driveway for three extra cars), a pool table room, a mud room and an entrance.

Easy 8 minutes walk to the slopes at Eagle Lodge.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set the thermostat located on the MIDDLE FLOOR to 55 F.
Unplug the pellet stove, remove its ashes and empty the lower drawer. Use the HVAC stored downstairs in the storage room.
Take trash and recycled items to MAMMOTH DISPOSAL (59 Commerce Dr, Mammoth Lakes Phone: (760) 934-2201). When dropping off, please mention CONGER & 33 Valley Vista Drive at the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house must be returned exactly as it was when you arrived. Furniture cannot be moved. Trash has to be taken to the Mammoth Lake dump.

Everything about this house made our month long trip amazing. First off it’s a 5 minute walk to eagle lodge making daily skiing and snowboarding simple. The house itself is uniquely fun with the kitchen and living room being on the 3rd floor and all the bedrooms on the second floor. The openness of the atrium from the first floor to the top floor was fun since you could talk to anyone on any floor. The kitchen was huge and made for great cooking conversation and the dining room was family friendly. The hosts are amazing and helpful when needed. I’ve been on many ski trips and rented many houses and this was one of the best houses I’ve ever rented. I highly recommend this host and their awesome home.
