Great place in perfect location

Really loved this place. Close to everything in Centro Historico. Tons of shopping, culture, food, people and entertainment! Apartment was safe, very clean and spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Property was more like a Boutique hotel with concierge amenities and very secure. A 15 minute walk to the Zocalo and just around the corner from Palacio Bellas Artes. We also found a great Cafe' and restaurant just about a block away where we enjoyed our morning coffee and pastry. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. I would definitley recommend Casa Donceles to family and friends who are planning a visit to CDMX.

Great location, ample room, terrific host

Great location for our family of five, including a teenager and two grandparents. In room wifi signal was great. The convenience store next door came in handy for late night snacks and items we forgot to bring. Aside from the detailed amenities of the room we also appreciated the large drinking water dispenser and the accessibility, graciousness, and helpfulness of our host, Livia. When we arrived, she took us on a little tour of the neighborhood to orientate ourselves and pointed out areas to dine in and explore. Before our trip and again, after we arrived she offered to arrange tours and help us with tickets to events and museums. I thought I had it all planned out be when I couldn't figure out how to buy tickets to the Frida Kahlo museum I asked Livia and she very quickly texted me a link with what I needed to do. This was our first Homeaway experience and it was great one. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Wonderful location, comfortable apartment, gracious hostess

We loved staying in the historic district of Mexico City. We were close to the metro, and within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, and museums. The apartment comfortably fit my husband and I, our adult nephew and my father and we really appreciated the second bathroom. Our hostess was available for any questions or concerns, even going so far as to help my nephew make a dental appointment. In the evening, after we had walked all day, it was so nice to all go back and gather in the living room of the apartment. We also liked being able to eat breakfast together in the apartment each morning. We were very happy with the roominess of the apartment. We also felt very safe in the area in which we were staying and with the security of the building. Finally I would highly recommend our hostess Livia. She was generous with her time and extremely helpful with suggestions about things to see and do. She had recently remodeled the apartment we stayed in and the apartment our friends stayed in and was very attentive to any concerns. The only concern my family had was there was no in-room Wifi. Livia offered to let my husband use the Wifi in her office for his work, which worked out fine. Thanks Livia, we loved our trip to Mexico City.

Edwardo was a wonderful host!

We would recommend Casa Donceles To all our friends. The apartment was Wonderful with the best bed & softest Sheets! So grateful for all Edwardo’s Help in directing us to medical care ! Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and the Zócalo! We felt very safe as there was 24 hour security!

Excelente location and great staff!

Livia was an excellent host. She took us on a tour of the neighborhood right away. She has a security guard for the building that made us feel secure leaving our teens in while we had a nice dinner out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Her site seeing recommendations were spot on. I am glad she told us about El Templo Mayor. I would stay here again. Thank you Livia.

The apartment is in a great location and Livia is a wonderful person. She made our stay very easy, walked us around the city and told us exactly where to eat and what to do. The apartment was spotless. Has security door outside and I felt very safe walking around the city .would highly recommend staying there .

Great trip to Mexico City

Everything was as we expected. This is a spacious apt for 3 people and in a superb location. The one negative was that the music was loud from one or more locations on the street. Otherwise it met our needs for our 4 day trip to Mexico City. Thank you to the staff who greeted us upon our arrival and to the friendly security person each time we left or returned to the apt.

Clean and convenient location

We stayed for a quick night on our way back home and were very pleased with this apartment. It was very clean and the booking and check-in assistance was perfect. Located next to Bellas Artes and it's Metro stop means you have all of Mexico City at your doorstep or with easy access. Snacks were a perfect bonus after a long drive back from San Miguel de Allende. Would definitely recommend for someone who is trying out Mexico City and wants to be near all the attractions! Exceeded our expectations/one of the best holiday

We had a fantastic time due th the location and quality of the apartment. The owner of the apartment Livia helped us to arrange trips, took us to various locations to show us the attractions, gave us informations about attractions, amenities, etc. The staff including the manager Gaberial and the cleaning staff all helped us in different ways to make us happy and at home We will definitely visit again just to see these guys since we seen almost the whole of Mexico City. Planing to stay for couple of days and go to Cancun on our next visit Thank you Livia and the team hopping to see you soon
