This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home for rent in a very nice, completed development with other similar, high quality homes. The exterior consists of a large, low maintenance garden, a saltwater swimming pool, a large terrace for dining and relaxing, a tropical outdoor bathroom with handmade bathtub and lovely private garden, and a covered carport. The interior space consists of an open plan living room and kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, and a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The guest house also has a small covered terrace area for reading, relaxing, etc. The kitchen has all modern amenities and appliances and is fully stocked for your short or long term rental. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and plenty of storage, and the home has wireless internet connection and cable TV.
The location is approximately 1.5 km to the lovely Kao Kalok beach in Pranburi, about 25 minutes south of Hua Hin town centre. This area is quickly developing a reputation for clean beaches, natural beauty and peaceful surroundings, and is perfect for those interested in outdoor activities like bicycling, kite boarding, kayaking, swimming and more. There are local shops and restaurants within walking distance, and directly on the beach are many 5 star resorts, high end and local restaurants, cafes, massage and more. There is a large Tesco shopping centre less than 10 minutes by car, and the famous Dolphin Bay beach is 10 minutes to the south.

Relaxing Time

Nice property, somewhat isolated, but very quiet, great if you are looking for that sort of thing. But, if you want to be in the centre of things hiring a car is almost essential, walking to the beach is a long way in the heat. Had a great holiday, and would return.
