We enjoyed our stay. The house is so unique and the surroundings are peaceful. The host was one of the best! Great communication from the very beginning! We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!
Super unique house! One bedroom and bathroom upstairs with the kitchen. Then downstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We loved the quirkiness of it and really enjoyed the hot tub. It was very clean!
This place was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! Very clean, cozy, and less than 5 minutes from
the stores but it felt like you were tucked away in the mountains!
We needed for overflow for family birthday celebration. Space was great and such an eclectic house, lots of character.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Not what we expected
The good: The manager was communicative, and the home had a unique layout. The towels were clean. The bad: The house bedding was dingy and the house smelled like mold. The doors, porches and patio were covered in spider webs. The live bugs in the house were not a welcome addition.
This is exactly the kind of place I like to stay, unique and interesting with all the comforts we needed for a few days in town. We had more than enough space for 7 and really appreciated the peace and quiet of the property.
Would absolutely stay again.
Host was quick to respond and very accommodating.
I would love to tell you how wonderful our stay was but I’m afraid a review that glowing may encourage more traffic and this cabin feels like a secret I want to keep forever. From communication leading up to our arrival, to kind accommodations that allowed us to stay a bit later on check out day, the experience was superb, start to finish. We were two families of 4, very comfortably roomed. We chose to spend time at the cabin instead of exploring town because of the welcoming, peaceful environment. We had no issues traveling to Truist Park, which was the reason for our visit. Very convenient driving between the cabin and the park. This is definitely where we’ll be staying on our next visit. George is a 5 host and we are so grateful to him for sharing his slice of heaven with us!
The cabin was very close to my family’s house. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the setting was. I almost slept in the sunroom just for the peaceful view (the fall foliage was a great sight as well). The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed we found available. The communication was awesome.
Needs cleaning and safety done and remove personal belongings
Did not stay due to not clean and indicated there were no pets but had dog cage in site and dog food in which some of my family members have allergies to pets so definitely needs to make changes.
Great location near Atlanta, great bedding and unique home. However, it was not safe for pets or kids, hot tub was not working and host had to be prodded to try to get it fixed. Never got fixed during our stay. Apparently he said he sent a repairman while we were out, but never informed us we had to be present on the property. I asked for small refund, but he would not, claimingnhe did all he could do. We found beer from 2024 under our sons bed and vapes between the mattresses. We had to keep our pet restrained because there were items under master bed too, picture frames, feathers, socks. Broken glass under sons bed. The owner did refund the 100 cleaning fee. Considering he featured and highlighted a hot tub, we felt it only fair that we get somenof our money back, but he would not. We have rented with vrbo for decades and this was by far the worst experience we've had. I always leave it cleaner than I found it, but thisbwas beyond. Door knob broke on our way out, tried to fix and just notified the owner. Owner seems disinterested and unconcerned, terrible communication.
