Waterfront! Marco Island home directly on a canal. This welcoming house is a dream! 3 cozy bedrooms plus a den that we've converted to a 4th bedroom that has a murphy bed and desk. The home has 2 baths and essential amenities like WiFi, central AC, washer & dryer. The fantastic interior design and beautiful surroundings create a tranquil atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Marco Island and our house has to offer.
The den has a queen sized murphy bed that pulls out of the wall. There is now a work desk in the den. We also have a very high quality blow-up mattress available if you have guests needing to use one. The home can sleep 10+.
The home includes 2 kayaks, several pool floats, and 3 adult bikes. The garage also has an arcade quality foosball table. We include beach coolers, umbrella, and chairs. You'll also have a few basic fishing poles for you to use. The canal in the backyard has some incredible fishing!
The home can accommodate parking for a total of 3 vehicles. 2 can be parked side-by-side in the driveway and one lengthwise on the driveway apron. Please no parking in the grass area along the street. You are allowed to park vehicles in the street as long as all 4 tires stay on the street pavement. Tires cannot be in the grass area. No overnight parking is allowed in the street.
The home is nicely outfitted with plenty of beach towels, bath/hand-towels, washcloths, and other cooking essentials. The kitchen has a blender, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances you'd expect a nicely outfitted cooing kitchen to have. There's plenty of seating for dining. You also have a propane grill out on the pool deck for the perfect pool party. The 2nd bathroom is a cabana bathroom that has a door that goes straight out to the pool. The pool and spa are heated and are controlled separately. You'll have an air conditioned laundry room with washer, dryer, and washtub for your use. We get your vacation started by providing an initial supply of tissue paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, and laundry detergent. You may need to shop for additional consumables for the remainder of your stay.
Our professional property host will be your on-island contact during check-in and throughout your stay. They will reach out to you about a week before your check-in date.
Additional long term discounts will be offered for guests staying 30 days or more. Ask for more info!
