This is a prime location for fitness and baseball enthusiasts, as well as enjoying restaurants and clubs. It is an easy 5 minute walk from the property to Fitch Park, perfect for observing Spring Training. It connects to canal and walking/biking paths, golfing, basketball, racquetball courts. Downtown restaurants, clubs, and museums are only a few minutes away. Close to all major freeways, Walmart, several gyms, grocery stores, and only 15 minutes from Phoenix International Airport. Several mountain biking, hiking trails, and paddleboarding spots are located only 20 minutes away. Enjoy sitting under the gazebo in front of the firepit located just steps outside your French doors.
