Perfect for a couple’s retreat or a solo escape, this charming studio apartment is just 1/2 block from the peaceful shores of St. Joe Beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood just off Highway 98, this cozy space has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, a sofa sleeper, a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a mini kitchen setup that includes an island, two countertop burners, a mini-oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and a compact refrigerator—ideal for preparing light meals during your stay.

The bathroom features a stand-alone shower and the added convenience of a stackable washer and dryer. Whether you're lounging inside or heading out to explore, this studio offers a laid-back home base just minutes from the restaurants and shops of Port St. Joe's Reid Avenue. This studio apartment is literally around the corner from Shipwreck Restaurant.

**NOTE - The entire studio is yours to enjoy. The upstairs is rented separately. The only shared space is the parking area. To rent both levels, see Santa Anna Getaway.**

Guests may call or text prior to and during their stay.

With Panama City & Panama City Beach just an hour west, and Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Apalachicola & St. George Island to the east, you’re perfectly positioned to explore the best of the Forgotten Coast. A vehicle is recommended, as public transportation is not readily available in the area.

Florida’s warm, tropical climate—especially near the water—means insects are simply part of the environment. Even with regular professional pest control, you may occasionally find a dead insect, palmetto bug, or spider inside the home. This is common in Florida and does not indicate a pest infestation or an issue with the cleanliness of the property.

Overall a nice quaint suite. Clean and well kept as well. Very short walk to beach access and an outside shower for rinsing with hot and cold water. Pet friendly and a nice neighborhood.

We had a very disappointing stay. While the studio was clean when we arrived, the negatives outweighed the positives.The owner was consistently rude and dismissive whenever we had questions. The studio was much smaller than the photos suggested, and once the sofa bed was opened and our dog crates were set up, there was barely room to move. There were no towel racks or drying lines, the bedside lamps didn't work, and we saw several roaches.The parking area was extremely dark. The motion-activated lights often failed to turn on, and because there are no streetlights nearby, I accidentally dented my new car on a bench placed under the deck. One covered parking space was occupied by the owner's trailer, leaving only one shaded space for guests.When we arrived, the trash cans were already overflowing. The biggest issue, however, was the upstairs guests. The floors have little sound insulation, and we endured constant running and heavy thumping until around 2:00 a.m. We left two days early because we couldn't sleep.I didn't contact the owner about the noise because every previous interaction with her had been unpleasant. Her responses about the garbage, broken lamps, and parking were dismissive and unhelpful.I gave this property two stars only because of its location near the beach. Unfortunately, the owner's attitude, parking problems, poor lighting, noise, and other issues made this a place we will not return to.
