This is an older cottage that has been nicely renovated. The kitchen is outstanding and all appliances are newer and work well. Master bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs and two bedrooms with a hall bath down. One of these is with bunks. There is a new sectional sofa in the great room which is very comfortable. We didn't use the downstairs area but it looked very functional. Great proximity to the beach. The cleaning was ok but not great. The upstairs bathroom sinks drained very slow due to hair build up. We let them know so they can be cleaned. The pool was not clean upon our arrival but they had it cleaned the next day. A/C worked well for us but it wasn't very hot during our stay.This is a very nice cottage with great proximity to the beach. The property is managed by a company, BookSmart, and they are very responsive and easy to communicate with. With a little more attention to maintenance and cleaning it would be a "10".

Nicely renovated, easy walk to the beach

The house is in a cul-de-sac which was great for our two small dogs - no worry about cars. We only used the upstairs since there were only two of us, but the downstairs was very nice too - large living room with huge tv, two nice bedrooms and a full bath. Pool was great, hot tub was great - no complaints.

Perfect property in the Outer Banks

We booked a last minute stay here for Mother's Day weekend and were so happy with this property. Everything was clean and prepped for our short stay and management was very communicative. It is very close to the beach which was exactly what we wanted and on a quiet street. The inside was set up perfect for us - we had 2 families so one could stay upstairs and the other downstairs with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again! Thanks!
