4-bedroom Topolia House with shared pool

4-bedroom Topolia house is part of a small group of four traditional style houses sharing a large pool, 12 km from the sandy beach. The house is located in the tranquil village of Topolia between the famous beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi (26-30 km respectively). The picturesque town of Chania is located 45 km away.

The house provides an open plan living room (with fireplace), a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen on the upper floor. Satellite TV, Dvd and Cd player, microwave, big electric kitchen, big refrigerator, and dishwasher are offered.

A very spacious balcony with lovely mountain views and distant sea views is offered. Pool views are also available from the house.

On the lower level three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as one bunk bedroom with seperate single bed are provided. One family bathroom with hydro massage bath is also offered. Washing machine is provided.

Peace and quiet with a gorgeous view

We had a wonderful three week holiday in this spacious villa. The view to the gorge is amazing and you can even see the sea from the large roof terrace. The villa is situated in a small quiet street that is easily accessed from the main road. Swimming pool is quite small but it's a nice dip after a hot day. Topolia is a small local village, but boasts with three really nice tavernas, wonderful views and nice treks. Village has also two artists who have shops there: Manolis Tsouris crafts beautiful objects from olive tree and at Siazo you can find exquisite handcrafted jewelry and pottery. Well worth a visit! We are definitely coming back!

Great Stay

We had a great time Very friendly people. When we had a problem with the pool, the owner sent someone directly the next day to fix it. We were 2 families and had more than enough space. Our kids loved it very much. The big veranda was our favourite place with the amazing view. There is one little minus, the AC did not work so well. Only in 1 room it worked properly.And maybe it would be great to have a window net, so that it is possible to open the window without mosquitos coming in. But in all in all a great home to stay and enjoy Crete

Maison superbe ! Très bel accueil, très belle piscine et que dire de la vue ! Tout a été parfait !

Les gens sont adorables, la taverne à l'entrée du village est top, on y mange très bien, et les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympas. La maison etait parfaite, des chambres spacieuses avec 4 salles de bain dont une avec baignoire balneo. Très belle terrasse, avec une superbe vue, le village, la montagne, la mer au loin. Beaucoup de confort, bonne literie, tout était très propre. Décoration avec beaucoup de goût. Des petits cadeaux nous attendaient à l'arrivée, accueil très chaleureux. Vraiment très belle maison, et je ne parle pas du coin piscine qui est vraiment très agréable et coocooning ! On espère y retourner un jour ! Un grand merci !

Vacances à 2 familles: 4 adultes et 5 enfants pendant une semaine. La maison est parfaitement adaptée (espace pour tous, très grande terrasse), très bien équipée et la piscine est juste la cerise sur le gâteau. L'environnement est top (vue sublime de la terrasse), petit village typique et très calme où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires (boulangerie, tavernes, petite épicerie), et tout ça à pied. A proximité, il se trouve une station essence. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour rayonner sur les principaux sites touristiques de la côte ouest (nord et sud: kissamos 20 min, falassarna 40 min, elafonisi 45 min, chania 45 min...)Bien sûr véhicule indispensable. Pour finir et ce qui ne gâche rien, l'accueil est chaleureux, les hôtes sont disponibles et serviables tout en restant discrets. En bref, nous vous conseillons vivement cette location.
