Perfect overnight stay

We had a perfect overnight stay at Jennie's converted Milk Barn. Very nicely appointed, comfy and cozy. Wonderful quiet location. Jennie communicated promptly and with very helpful information. We enjoyed our stay and the lovely evening walk along the river with an outstanding sunset.

It was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again! It was a cold snowy day outside when we arrived, but the host had a nice fire going for us inside. The cabin was very cozy and cute on the inside. The place was very clean and organized and had everything we needed for cooking, and laundries. The barn was fairly close to the main house, but with the fence and the seperate driveway, and the tinted windows, we had the privacy we wanted. The host was very friendly. We had a blast visiting the nearby sand dunes and warm river. The fishing across the river was excellent. We did get checked by a game warden, so we were glad we had bought licenses. On one of the mornings we were awaken by a black bird that made it's way down the chimney shoot. We all got a kick out of that, and I just grabbed it and let it go outside the front door. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would like to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the milk barn. So much thought was put into construction, decorating, and little touches. Everything was very clean. The washer and dryer were appreciated, as we were on a 2-week trip. The owners were very responsive and helpful, with suggestions of things to see in the area. It was 1 1/2 hours to the Grand Tetons, but what a beautiful ride! The only negative is that with the location, there weren't many options for dining out, but we appreciated having the kitchen available. We caught a beautiful sunset and then sunrise over the river. I wish it was closer to home - we would plan another stay!

Beautiful property

The views overlooking the river are spectacular and the barn had everything I needed. Even the washer and dryer came in handy. Very clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with. The farm cat coming to visit me was the best part! I loved staying here and I'd definitely book here again.

Great experience at creative barn-turned cabin.

We loved our stay at this barn converted cabin. There is so much to tell. We had a private driveway to this fun location. We walked in to what looked like new and vacuumed everything. The walls had a rustic blue, grey and white with the furniture matching these colors. They had thick, new feeling bath towels. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for meals and in the back was a washer and dryer, though we didn't need them. There were fans and heaters nearby in every room to get the temperature to our individual liking. Our hostess learned we were coming for a graduation and left a gift juice in the fridge with a heart warming note of congratulations. There were candy bars and hard candy to munch on as we came and went from the kitchen. There was a helpful, short handbook giving a history of the place and helpful suggestions to find what we were looking for inside and outside the cabin. We asked for a fly swatter for a fly or two that we accidentally let in and got it within 2 minutes of texting! We have nothing but great and accommodating to say about this place. It was obvious that they had a passion for hosting. It was the right price for a fun adventure in southeast Idaho. We will be recommending it to all our family and friends. Thank you Jennie!!!
