Come in and zen in this unique Mid century home! The Wendwood House boasts THREE private master suits, perfect for that weekend getaway with friends! Spacious and VERY private in the heart of Statesboro, GA. Located within walking distance to GSU baseball and softball fields and a short drive to Paulson Stadium. Brand new listing with high end finishings and all the amenities. We have been planning your trip longer than you have and can't wait to host your stay!

The Wendwood House is a spacious 3 bedroom-3 private bathroom, home with a full dining room, large living space, upstairs loft with sitting area, and a private courtyard. Crib provided if needed. One bedroom/bath is located at the top of a spiral stair case that is not suitable for young children or those unable to access stairs. Stairs are also required to access the main living space.

We do NOT allow any pets due to an epi pen pet allergy.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Your checkout is 11am tomorrow morning. Please leave all used beds left unmade. Please place all used towels, washcloths and dishtowels in bathtub. Please DO NOT leave wet towels on hardwood floors.
Please place all used dishes in dishwasher and start the washer. Please remove ALL items from fridge, including condiments. Please throw all trash in trash can located on the side of the house.
Please remove ALL personal items from the home. We ARE NOT responsible for lost or left behind belongings. We will gladly ship any left items for a convenience fee, plus shipping costs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow any events! 6 guests allowed-No acceptations NO SMOKING. Please do not park on the grass. Women please use make-up washcloths.
We do not allow ANY animals due to a child with an epi-pen pet allergy. NO ACCEPTIONS
The fireplace is NOT usable. If fireplace is attempted to be used you will be charged $350 and will be asked to leave immediately.

Really nice stay

This house has a great set up with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It was very clean and well-stocked. The location is perfect, right near everything. House had plenty of room and everything needed for a nice stay.

Have stayed in Statesboro many times to visit kids in school and this by far is the nicest! Beautiful secluded property that is just 1-2 minutes from GSU. Comfortable for 3 couples! Will definitely stay again!

This house is very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. It is very close to campus, so it is very convenient. We had 3 couple stay for our kids parents weekend. There was plenty room to watch the games on Saturday with our kids.

We stayed here while we came down to watch our nephew play baseball. The house was close to anything you want to do on the Georgia Southern campus. The home was very clean, decor was super cute, check in and check out with the breeze!!

Great stay in Statesboro

The house is conveniently located to all the things! It was minutes away from Georgia Southern and downtown and about an hour from Savannah. It has large open spaces to enjoy free time. The house had everything and more that you could want or need!

Parents Weekend

We had 3 couples stay here for our kids Parents weekend. The house was fabulous. It was very convenient to campus. Going in and out of the house was simple. We will definitely stay again. Only one bedroom is upstairs so it would be great for an older couple also.
