With two bedrooms and a full bath, the Swallow Falls Cabin #3 provides comfort and simplicity. Enjoy some quality time with the little ones at the shared play area or stay in and cozy up by the fireplace. Just a short drive from the stunning landscapes of Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park, this home blends nature with modern comfort. The surrounding area boasts breathtaking waterfalls and scenic hiking trails. Whether you're into hiking, fishing, or simply enjoying the great outdoors, you'll find ample opportunities for adventure and relaxation. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee) and does not have internet. Max. parking spaces: 2
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.
WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
