Such a great place to stay, it’s secluded and peaceful. I didn’t even have to unpack a lot of items because everything was provided, even things most people don’t think to provide.Check in was easy and communication was wonderful. We loved staying here for our summer vacation.
This home was the perfect place for our girls 50th birthday weekend. Felt like a retreat with comfortable areas to lounge and connect. We loved it! Angela was responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!
This property is special. If you get to enjoy it, consider yourself lucky. The host has done everything any guest could ask. A 5 star property and host ! Thanks so much for sharing you home...
Beautiful charming property with lots of history. Owners were kind and communicated well with us. Outdoor space is great, beautiful pond. Roads accessible in snow.
A Dream Getaway in Colorado — Even Better Than the Photos
From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely stunned—the property is every bit as breathtaking as the photos suggest, if not more so. We literally gasped when we saw the view. The home itself is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that make it feel more like a cherished family home than a typical rental.Every detail has been considered—from high-end appliances (yes, three coffee makers!) to cozy furniture and curated artwork that perfectly matches the home’s natural setting. It’s clear the owners have put real heart into this space. We spent our days paddle boarding right from the property and enjoyed peaceful walks around the lake. At night, the sky comes alive with stars thanks to the lack of light pollution—a rare and magical experience. All of this, and close to Red Rocks, too!We didn’t want to leave, but we’ll absolutely be back. This place is a gem!
The property is a historical gem where you can see multiple layers of different uses throughout its many eras.
But not for being historical, is uncomfortable. On the contrary. This house has the most logical and convenient updates imaginable. Everything works, everything is where it’s supposed to be or where you would expected it to be, and everything is high quality, From the linens in the bed and towels in the bathroom, to all the kitchen equipment and utensils.
The hostess was amazing and always very responsive and on top of things, considering the sometimes special needs when dealing with Alpine weather.
This is an exceptional property run by a stellar hostess, and I gladly give it five stars only because you cannot give more.
