Discover the distinct charm of Hill Country Painter's Studio, a former art studio that has been beautifully transformed into a contemporary retreat set on 20 acres of picturesque landscape in Dripping Springs. This property offers unparalleled privacy while remaining close to attractions like vineyards, restaurants, and shopping.

This tastefully furnished studio includes a loft bedroom and a complete bathroom, providing a comfortable stay for up to two guests.

To reach the painter's studio, you'll go up a couple of steps onto the charming front porch and enter through the front door. As you step inside, you are welcomed by an open floor plan that combines the living room with the kitchen area.

Living Room: This space offers a leather sofa and a Smart TV- all accented by high ceilings and wood floors.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals. Appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, induction hot pad and a toaster oven (Please note: There is no oven)

Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for two.

Loft Bedroom: King size bed

Bathroom: Offers single sink and a beautifully emerald green subway tiled shower.

Air conditioning: Yes, mini split

Internet Access: High-speed Wi-Fi

Laundry: No

Pets: Yes, one dog allowed with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee

Parking: Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles.

Please note, there is other structures on the other side of the property that may have guests staying there. The main house, safari tent and pavilion aren't available for guest use. If you would like to rent the whole property, please inquire with our reservation team.

Secluded Property

This is a very secluded property. Just know that before you go. Requires quite a drive to get to stores or restaurants. Property around the house needs to cleaned up. All that being said, we did enjoy the house and our stay.
