"This is by far the nicest rental property I've ever stayed in. Everything is exactly as pictured and described, and every where you look there's some other nice little touch, from the coffee and espresso provided with the coffee/espresso maker to scented Epsom salts for the master bath. Our little group went on a bike trip earlier in the day which went... Not as well as expected ended in us checking in much later than we planned which meant we didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked (the entire kit provided for making s'mores by the fire pit was SO thoughtful and sweet.) The decor in every room is themed for cabin/forest adventures and it manages to look perfectly rustic and modern at the same time. There are instructions laid out for everything, so there's no guess work. The host communicated with me early and frequently to make sure everything was perfect and it was. The only (very) minor problem we had is the GPS tried to take us way past the house but even this was something the host warned us may happen, and she provided a pin with the exact location that would have prevented our backtracking if we'd used it in the first place. My biggest regret is that we're only here for one night - we will definitely be back again for a longer stay as soon as possible. This place is as comfortable as home with all the luxury and amenities of an upscale hotel. So so so so absolutely perfect, I can't stress it enough. Thank you, Skyla, so much for everything!"

The Family Room, bunk room & guest bedroom are currently decorated for Christmas with Trees in each. We offer a Coffee Bar that is fully stocked year round, but we are also offering a Hot Cocoa Bar during the Winter as well.

We do have 1 neighbor to our left when you are facing the home. Please be mindful that they are full time residence and we do not allow parties or loud noise after 10PM.

☆Living Room☆ - Cozy up to the fireplace with a blanket, hot cocoa & a book in our spacious Living Room where you will find a Smart TV, Couch with Chase lounge & two cozy fireplace chairs, games in the TV stand, books, & two throw blankets.

☆Entryway☆ - open closet for coats, shoes, fishing poles, snowboards, skis, etc. You will also find a work desk with USB plugs.

☆Dining Room☆ - Host your family of 6 at this large table with birdfeeder views & an open view of the backyard through the sliding door out to the back porch. Included with your stay s'more kit, bug spray, dog waste bags, dog bowls, hot tub towels, outdoor blanket.

☆Kitchen☆ - Be WOWed by this beautifully designed custom kitchen with tons of amenities. Be sure to enjoy the coffee bar with coffee & espresso maker, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, colander, blender, reusable water bottles/blender bottles, outdoor popcorn maker, plates, bowls, serving dishes, cups, glasses, sippy cups, coffee mugs, pint glasses, rocks glasses, wine glasses & silverware. (If we're missing anything, let us know!)

☆Guest Room☆ - Welcome into the first bedroom on the second floor where you'll find a Queen size bed with a cozy mattress topper, dresser, nightstand, phone chargers & closet. The bedroom was designed with the Forest in mind!

☆Guest Bathroom☆ - Squeaky Clean is how most guests refer to our bathrooms, in this one you will find a full bathtub with shower, easy for families with children! We also provide the best amenities so if you've forgotten it, we may have it - tooth picks, q-tips, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, towels & bathmat.

☆Bunk Room☆ - If you have kids, this is the place for them to hang! The bunk room is a cozy room with two built-in bunk beds with fun forest animal wallpaper on the ceilings. The following is included in this room - 2 twin sized beds (please be advised that the bunk beds are built in and a lot higher then most bunk beds, please use caution and be aware with small children), games, puzzles, coloring books, colored pencils, Smart TV, bean bag chair.

☆Master Bedroom☆ - Welcome in to the main attraction, the Master Bedroom & Bathroom is sure to WOW you. You'll be sure to be comfortable in this King sized bed, 2 nightstands at either side along with reading lights, 2 night stands, dresser & mirror, balcony. The views from the Balcony of the backyard are soothing as you listen to the trees swaying in the breeze. At night, fall asleep with the sliding door open so you can hear the creek run.

☆Master Bathroom☆ - The elegant yet foresty Master Bathroom is sure to help you relax. Grab a Coffee or a glass of Wine & slide into the Soaking Tub with some Lavender Epsom Salt or Bubbles. If that's not your style we have a stand up tile shower as well. We always provide towels, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, lavender Epsom salt for the soaking tub, & bathtub tray.

☆Laundry room☆ - located off the kitchen & down a few stairs. The rest of the basement is NOT accessible to guests.

☆Outdoors☆ - Where do we start? There is so much to do in this beautiful oasis of Forest Land in Pinchot State Forest & the Poconos. Head out back to find a freshly cut lawn, a Cozy Fire Pit where you can make smores or relax with a beverage, or Jump in the Hot Tub for EXTRA relaxation. There is a grill on the backporch for your convenience along with a picnic table in the backyard. At the Firepit you'll hear the crackling of the fire, the swaying of the trees, a field mouse jumping around in the leaves & the creek flowing if its high enough. The front porch has two rocking chairs & a small table for your morning coffee or to just relax.
