Enjoyed the space but kinda didn’t realize it was attached to 4 other units that all are using the outside areas, sharing the fire pit etc. Not as private as I was expecting.
I didn't realize the whole apartment would be downstairs. You might want to state that somewhere. However, it was wonderful. Large open space for kids to play and so cool when we got back from the lake. Fire pit seating was nice in the evenings when it cooled down. We never started a fire but it was a great conversation place while the little boys played imaginary cowboys in the drive way.
We arrived and everything was clean and well organized for usWe didn’t know that we’d be staying in the basement of the propertyOverall, it was great kitchen had tons of spaceThe only concerns would be if people are above you they sound like elephants in the morning. A little difficult moving in with the stairs going down.Pool cues need tips Overall, a great place to stay and we will plan to stay here again with our group
Coffee pot didn’t workClimate control wasn’t the bestDishwasher didn’t workHole in ceiling in bedroomInsulation terrible in floor. Heard upstairs every constant move. Made sleep tough.TV would change on its own, assuming this was people upstairs messing with theirs.Pool stick tips were in bad condition Bed me were comfortable 2nd trip to WY for fly fishing and I would most likely not stay here again.
Ran out of toilet paper on the last day, no extra to be found, no laundry soap. There was a foul odor around the door outside and into the entry. I think you should say this is a multi rental building, from pictures on line it appears as a single dwelling home. We were downstairs had alot of noise from renters above us.The couch that is supposed to be an extra bed needs some work, Overall it was okay but wouldnt have wanted to stay another day.
CONS - When we arrived we found this rental was located in a basement and in a shared building with other tenants staying directly above. Which was NEVER listed in the description The day we arrived our check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm (as stated in the listing) but, the housekeeper did not finish until almost 4:00pm, so we had to leave until it was finished. After we came back we started to get settled in and found the sectional couch in horrible condition to the point you’re so sunken in and can feel the wood through the cushions, we had no idea what stain was on the recliner, so we weren’t able to sit in it as it was pretty disgusting. The queen beds are so uncomfortable and feel like they are going to break anytime you move, there is no laundry soap for the laundry room, you can tell the Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash has not been changed out in a very long time, so it’s probably best to bring your own. The bathroom sink faucet sprays everywhere when turned on.
