Enjoy Family Memories - Great Outdoor Decks And Backyard; A Few Houses To Beach

We do NOT rent to prom groups or college students. We do NOT allow pets.

This house can sleep 14 people with steps to the beautiful Surf City Beaches. We purchased this home in 2016 and made significant renovations to provide comfort and fun for the whole family. Our family uses the house and make it comfortable living with that in mind. Since buying it, weinstalled a brand new HVAC unit, replaced some flooring, updated the kitchen, added flood lighting to the backyard, updated bathrooms and more. We have made many upgrades to make this home a great beach house for your family. The house is steps to the beach, without any streets to cross and is walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream, an arcade, miniature golf and much more! Start your family memories and enjoy everything that LBI has to offer!

WALK to the beach, several restaurants (Greenhouse Cafe, Woodies Burgers, Pancake House and more all within a couple short blocks walk). WALK to an arcade, ice cream, boutique coffee shop, shopping and more!

Great summer getaway!Well kept home - both the front & back decks ( and backyard too) were great assets in extending the usable space of the property! This property is close to the beach and many fun places! Grandkids loved the many toys/books/puzzles etc available for playing! Our family would stay here again!

Week at the beach

The location of the house was a very short walk to the lifeguarded beach. Restaurants and attractions were also a short walking distance. The deck spaces were wonderful for relaxing and getting some sun. We enjoyed our stay for the week.

Great Access to Beach on a Quiet Block!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. 30-second walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the BEST coffee shop on LBI!! Fantastic communication with the owner who was very attentive to our needs! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect beach escape!

We had a fantastic family vacation in Andy’s home! The closeness to the beautiful beach was amazing and the house was very well appointed with all we needed to cook and relax. There were tons of toys and games, which our daughter really enjoyed! Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time at this beach house. Steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. The outdoor patio is so nice with plenty of seating. It is the perfect chill out beach house. Andy is a very attentive host and made sure that we had everything we needed. Thanks for the stay!

House was as advertised. Location is great, the setup is perfect for 2 families with bedrooms split upstairs and downstairs. The house has so many puzzles/games/wii that the kids will never be bored. Overall, a great experience!

Great home and location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to get away for a week in October and it was perfect. Andrew is a great host, responded right away. House is very clean and nicely decorated. If you have kids they have tons of games and toys. Looking forward to starting here again.

Perfect 10 out of 10 Surf City beach house!

Nothing was needed at this beach house. It was like a home away from home with all of the comforts, but only steps away from the Surf City beach!! From arranging the rental, to check in (early again which is always a plus), everything was seamless. Look forward to many more great memories and years to come at this great Surf City beach house. Great owner, great location, great house for any size family.

Great Place - Very Clean - Exact as advertised

We were in for the week before a family wedding. This house was true to how it is described. Walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, coffee shop, bagel shops, small grocery shops & larger grocery shops. Very clean house with great updated kitchen, bathrooms and over all amenities. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Kitchen is well stocked for all kind of cooking and tools.

Surf City New Jersey Fall Vacation

My wife and I had an amazing visit to the Jersey Shore and the rental home was a big reason why. The house had everything one would need for a 10 day stay. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the devices we required. The front and back decks looked recently refurbished and featured comfortable furniture and a gas grill. The house was only three or four houses from the beach and was located very close to the bridge back to the mainland which saves a lot of time for excursions off the island. We would certainly consider staying here again on future visits to Long Beach island.

Perfect family vacation!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home and all it had to offer. We were steps from the beach and on a great street, perfect for our four kids under 6 to enjoy riding their bikes. The front deck seemed recently updated and is where we spent most of our time when at the house. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 to spread out, but still spend quality time together. The listing is exactly what you'll get- you will not be dissappointed!

Surf City at its best

Perfect location, close to beach and well stocked kitchen. Front porch with sunshade was perfect for all day use. Rear porch is huge for family gatherings/cookouts. Washer dryer comes in handy! Plenty of rear yard space to play with kids or enjoy patio. Outdoor shower is always a plus for sand. Nice dining table if you must eat indoors. Plenty of TVs and games. Location is short walk to huge beach. Owner very responsive to all inquires. Highly recommended by all 9 of us who stayed here for family wedding. Only bummer was only sheets provided were for King Bed so remember to bring lots of bedding!

Five star vacation house!

Five stars are not enough for this beach house. To have all the comforts of home and so much more, just steps from Surf City’s beach can’t be beat. The kitchen and appliances are top notch. There is no shortage of anything. You can easily entertain and sleep a large family. The front and back decks are fabulous and there is more than enough outdoor furniture. There’s a plethora of entertainment options for the little ones (board games, video game systems, dvds, etc..) as well as the adults (large flat screen TVs, DVD players, high speed WiFi and excellent cable tv service). The owner, Andrew, is very helpful and highly attentive if you need anything during your stay. If you love LBI and Surf City, you can beat this house! Brian B

Great Location

This house is in a great location with close and easy access to the beach, right by a lifeguard stand AND also within walking distance to many shops and fun activities. Comfortable beds (we have been in houses with some very hard beds!). Delightful front deck with awning when needed. Back deck is very spacious & comfortable. Our family didn't use it too much since indoor access is through master bedroom where we often had an infant napping, however that deck was still accessible via downstairs, outside staircase. Kitchen well supplied with pots/pans but also with some spices/condiments, cleaning supplies etc. The home owner very responsive to questions/inquiries. Note for anyone who might use outside shower: hot water faucet/valve is on the right ;-)

Great Host, House, and Location

We checked in late in the evening, and Andy stayed up to make sure that we arrived OK. Everything was just as represented. We had two daughters and three grandchildren with us and there was more than enough room. There were toys, books, games, and beach chairs. The Surf City Beach at the end of the block must be the widest beach on LBI. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in an easy walk from the house. We had boxes being sent to the house which Andy was kind enough to help us coordinate their deliveries. I had an expensive SUV rental car substituted for the rental I requested, and I was able to daily park it in the garage without any problem. Andy is a hands on host who bends over backwards to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. We plan to return.

Indoor parking for 1 car, 2 additional cars in driveway and offstreet parking. Cable, wireless wifi, Wii Unit for the kids, gas grill (hooked up to the house..not propane) and much more!

Close to the Beach (no streets to cross). Close to sestaurants. New Beds and furniture. Lots of decking and backyard space with furniture to enjoy the summer. Brand New central HVAC. Offstreet parking for up to 3 cars. Internet ready tv's, wireless wifi, Wii Unit for the kids, gas grill (hooked up to the house..not propane) and much more!

This will be a beach house with many details and we are open to your feedback to help make future stays even more enjoyable. Some of the amenities will include: Wii Game Console (2 controllers), coffee maker, microwave, nutri-bullet blender, beachy feel decorations and more!
