This is a beautiful two-storey house dating from the late 17th century. Downstairs there is a dining room that seats 20, two living rooms and a pool in the middle of the patio. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, one of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
Upstairs there is a large living room with two balconies that overlook the street, five bedrooms with AC and four bathrooms.
The house has a butler 24 h a day at your service and the price includes cleaning.

Great location and great service

The house was great and it was in a great location strategically located. The people that made our food were wonderful. We had dinner or lunch every day at the house and breakfast every day and the food was excellent. They do a great job with everything. The house is kept pretty clean and they are all very helpful.

Spectacular Stay

The house looks just like the pictures and even better. Although not in the old walled city its a stone throw away. The walk was safe and close to the house. The house is so spacious and each room has a safe, ceiling fan and AC unit, making for a comfortable nights rest. The house Butler who lives in the house, Yonathan is the best! He was able to get us reservations the day of for our group to the best restaurants Cartagena has to offer. He and the staff were so friendly and professional. We will be back next time we're in Cartagena!

Wonderful experience, beautiful house, best vibes!

The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, it’s absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, great energy, many spots throughout the house to hang out. The staff was also amazing, the ladies that cook and keep the house clean and tidy are very helpful, cook delicious. Jonathan, the butler, was the best, always helping, finding everything for us to have all of our needs met. They were all amazing, we fell in love with the house and all the people there, made us feel like at home. Vicky the host was always reachable and very kind. We are beyond pleased with this experience. Thank you ❤️

Great house, great location (just a few blocks from the walled city), great staff, very good value.

Great house, great location (just a few blocks from the walled city), great staff, very good value. We never met our host Victoria, but she was quick to help when we asked for her to arrange transportation. The house is beautiful and huge - it can easily accommodate 6 couples or 10-11 friends (one or two of the rooms might be a little small for friends to share). There are several area to congregate, including the pool (in the interior courtyard) and the rooftop deck with hottub. Just a few minor issues to be aware of - the water pressure can be pretty low, but I think this is an issue throughout town, the WiFi signal can be weak in some places in the (huge) house, and finally the (fantastic) staff doesn't speak any English. We used google translate when we needed to communicate, but that sometimes leads to less than perfect translations. I also emailed Victoria a couple of times when the messages were more complicated and asked her to convey them to the staff. All in all, I would love to return to Cartagena, and if I come with a large group again this house will be my first choice.

Fun adventurous time in Cartagena

This property was even better than pictured! Close to shops, restaurants and the walled city it was easy to find things to do and places to eat. The staff was very helpful and made our breakfast most morning when we paid for groceries and requested it. The house itself was perfect for our large group with 6 different family groups. Awesome gathering places and enough space for to get some quiet time too. We had not issues and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Colombia!

Incredible location on a fun/busy street, steps from Plaza de la Santísima Trinidad, a square filled with music, dancing, and street food. Stop by the Black Parrot bar for great live music. Easy walking distance to the clock tower and old town. Decent inexpensive breakfast is available right across the street. Victoria was very helpful organizing taxis and a boat trip, and we very much enjoyed the (optional) home cooked meals. A/C in the rooms was cold, no hot water but that seems par for the area. The house is ideal for hanging out with a group of friends, as the pictures show. Two thumbs up.

Casa de Guerrero is the perfect base when visiting Cartagena with a large group. The location is fantastic and everywhere can be reached by foot. The house was very clean and homely yet practical for a holiday rental. The team at the house are extremely accommodating and make the stay even more pleasant as they provided us with local advice in addition to buying supplies for breakfast and any other requests. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Guerrero and would have no hesitation recommending it as a holiday rental!
