Although the interior is fully modernized, the building itself is a bit older (over 30 years). You might occasionally experience slow WiFi, but we've added a small portable WiFi box to help boost the speed.



This unit is in the Casablanca Hotel, located on the main floor and facing the pool, so it may be a bit noisy at times.

The condo was clean when we arrived. There were some items that we needed and the Host had them delivered the next day. This made our stay much more enjoyable. They were responsive to our requests. Lots of space in the townhouse. Right next to the walking/bike path and beach!

Perfect Staycation

5 Stars!We had an absolutely perfect stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained—everything felt fresh and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that’s both truly clean and dog-friendly, but this one nailed it. Our pup loved it just as much as we did! The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and being just steps away from the beach made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to come back!

The hotel this condo is within is very tired and old. It needs to be massively updated or replaced. But, the condo itself was pleasant and it is only a step from the beach and beach path. The outdoor space overlooks the pool and it can get a little loud. The various restaurants just north of this place (approximately 10 minute walk on the beach path) are very good, and make it an interesting neighborhood. We were a big fan of the food scene in North Beach.

Great location and lots of space!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We were steps away from the pool and the beach! The pool was clean, fairly large and got sunshine all day. The beach was perfect and super easy to access. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The condo itself had lots of space. The rooms were large and tons of natural light came through the large windows. The kitchen was mostly stocked except for it was missing a couple of things we were hoping to use to cook some meals and the host was so accommodating that she had the items delivered to us within an hour! I was super impressed. The host was also very responsive.We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.
