Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please respect outdoor light rules and quiet hours at all times.

🔥 POOL HEATING NOTICE
The pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional fee. Please inquire about the fee. Note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.

🐾 PETS
Our home is pet-friendly. We collect pet fees. Please message us for the details.

🗑 TRASH HANDLING
We provide starter trash bags for your stay in our home.

🚗 PARKING SPACE
The garage can accommodate 2 cars, while the driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars.

Important Note: This home strictly enforces the Sedona noise ordinance, so no outdoor music is allowed. The home does not allow events. To help comply with the ordinance, please note that there are noise-monitoring devices installed in the main house's living room, the casita's living room, and the outdoor area. We value your privacy. These devices measure sound levels only and DO NOT record audio or conversations. If you have any doubt, please ask.
