Frio Pecan Farm House 23

House #23 is fully furnished, several HD Color TVs with Direct TV and DVD, front and back porches, large open living area with a beautiful fireplace, laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen has a dishwasher and a very nice bar with seating. Living area has a beautiful view of the pool, outside kitchen and the pristine Frio Pecan Farm orchard. The master bedroom has one ( 1) king size bed with a TV. One bedroom has two (2) queen size beds and one single bed. One bedroom has two (2) queen size beds and one (1) single bunk on top of one of the queen beds. In addition, there is a 1/2 bath located next to the pool. House #23 has its own private fire (pit) ring. This house has a great outdoor kitchen with TV. Only three vehicles may be parked at the house ($5.00 per day charge for each additional vehicle).
