Great little place just outside of the city Lots of places walkable for food and drink. Clean space. Excellent communication with owner. We were happy here

Amazing room.

Should post pictures of surrounding because we almost left because didn't look safe. The AC worked great but the outside of the unit there is cat piss and we are allergic to cats. We had a hard time breathing and got us sick. But very clean place i would rate it a 5 star but the neighbors don't clean up after there cats and dogs.

Nice little spot close to downtown. Walked to many places. Uber also readily available. Good food in the area. Communication was efficient and very helpful. Air conditioning was great. Just enough space. We came for 4 nights for Ultra Miami and this spot was great for us.
