Early check in or Late check out upon request and/or availability will be $50 charge added.
No lifejackets
The steps leading into the water from the beach can be slippery. Use caution.
Children MUST be accompanied by an adult in the backyard, shoreline areas and near the propane fire pit.
The dock is in the lake from approximately May to October. Also, the kayaks and paddleboards are available from May to October too.
We shut the fireplace off from May to November.
Guests don't have access to the garage.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Please stay on our property and respect our neighbors. Throw away your trash at the end of your stay. Please start a load of bathroom towels.
Please put back lawn chairs, yard games, board games, etc. where you found them. Clean grill when done using, put the cover back on. No garage access
