June 2025 Philly visit

We were in Philly for a short visit for my daughters graduation. The room was clean, and looked as the listing showed, however the washer/dryer combo was more like a prop as it was not usable; there was no cord attached to the machine to plug in. This was a huge inconvenience as we packed light thinking we would wash our clothes while we were there. The smoke detector was also intermittently going off - early mornings from 1AM to 5AM. No sleep :/ I contacted the property manager regarding this and he said he would have maintenance check both issues out, however we were in the city during the time and were unable to get back in time. Hopefully the property manager corrects these issues for the next guests.
