Relax in this comfortable lower-level apartment featuring one bedroom and one bath. The home is part of a townhouse with two private units, each with its own entrance. Enjoy a peaceful stay just 30 minutes from North Conway.
Pleasant Mountain - Main Lodge(night skiing available) : 1.3 miles / approx. 3-minute drive.
Pleasant Mountain - East Lodge(day skiing only) : 0.4 miles / 1 minute drive or ~10min walk
Moose Pond access: 0.5 mile / approx. 1-2 minute drive or 10-minute walk

Please note: There is a separate upper-level 4-bedroom apartment with a shared entry hallway. It is occasionally occupied by us or other guests during your stay. 2 parking spots on designated parking lot(next to the unit) plenty of additional parking available along the private Rd, or at east ski lodge parking lot.
