Nestled on a private road at the end of a peninsula, this property offers stunning sunset views over Sebago Lake. With three bedrooms—including two king beds—plus three sofa beds and a bunkroom with two bunk beds, there is ample space for guests to relax comfortably.
A standout feature is the location near Frye Island while remaining on the mainland—no ferry schedules required. Enjoy the flexibility of coming and going with ease, whether heading to the island or into town, though many guests find the peaceful peninsula setting reason enough to stay put.
For added comfort, the home includes two TVs, complimentary WiFi, heating, and air conditioning. Two bathrooms provide convenience for all guests.
The property features a sandy beach with two kayaks and a paddleboard, a large firepit for evening gatherings, and a spacious dock ideal for swimming and fishing. Guests may bring a boat for an additional fee (please inquire in advance).
A private association beach is also available, just a short five-minute walk away.

We are from the Greater Portland area. We purchased the home two years ago and use it all the time. Kids are getting older and into sports so we can not use it all the time. Our loss is your gain!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is very quiet. This house is the 3rd to last one from the very tip of the point. It doesn't get quieter than this. Beautiful sunsets and Starry nights.
What makes this property unique
This is a one of a kind waterfront property on Sebago Lake. It is very difficult to get a property with a sandy beach, a large U-shaped dock that can fit multiple boats and jet skis, and also have a nice lawn where kids can run and play.
