Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway at a "Beachin Good Time". Located in the stunning Carolina Keys Waterway Communuity in North Myrtle Beach. You will enjoy waterway views with quick access to the beach.

Step out onto the over sized balcony , where you can savor your morning coffee while enjoying the breath taking views overlooking the community pond and its soaring fountain. The third Floor balcony (no elevator) boast a great view of the koi Fish by the dock below.

Inside you will find a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a family dinner. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a private tub/ shower bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed with a full size shower bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. All bed linens and towels are provided for up to 6 guest. The living room and bedrooms all have tvs.

Outdoor amenities are abundant in Carolina Keys, from walks on the waterway boardwalks to watching boats from the floating docks. You can sit on the sidelines or rent a boat or jet ski to join the fun. Two community pools with hot tubs, picnic pavilions, and grills for outdoor cooking are a few of the things you will find waiting for you.

Located in the heart of Ocean Drive, this quaint prime location is less than a 5 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean. Close to the sports complex and very family friendly. It is also just a few blocks from the famous Main St where you can walk the beach shops, have dinner, eat some ice cream and dance the night away. making this the perfect spot for year- round fun.

Great Place to Stay

Our family stayed over the weekend for a soccer tournament and our experience was excellent. From the moment we walked in, my kids loved the large living room and balcony overlooking the pond. The bedrooms were large and exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Will Visit Again!!

We met up with extended family from out of town here and we were all very impressed with this spot. View from balcony was beautiful and my kids loved being able to see the fish! Spacious living area and large balcony area made it great for late night hanging out and catching up with the family! Great food super close and can’t beat that the beach is within 5 min! We will definitely be back this summer.

Weekend trip

My wife and two children came down for the weekend, this property exceeded our expectations for the price! The property was very nice and well kept. Great location! Starbucks just outside the parking lot of the complex so wife was very excited to get fresh Starbucks each morning! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!

Quaint and Cozy!

This property was everything we needed and more for our stay! Plenty of parking, only a few minutes drive from the beach, comfortable beds, condo had a nice coffee maker, all essential kitchen tools to make meals, plush towels, hot towels, overlooked the pond (which was very beautiful day and night). Awesome nightly rare! we can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic Experience

We traveled to the area for a softball tournament and our experience in North Myrtle was wonderful! The condo was centrally located to sports fields, shopping, dining and entertainment. Lots of great options to buy groceries in the area. The host was very helpful and timely in her responses. The unit was lovely, felt like home. Very clean beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach for sporting events.

Everything was perfect! Tammy, the host, is incredibly responsive, assisting us questions from process to dining recommendations. Check in and out is seamless. She is a pleasure!The Condo was clean, beautiful, well appointed, updated, and filled with natural light--in short, amazing. The community, Carolina Keyes, is quiet and people friendly. The location is wonderful--very short drive to beach, steps to community pools and the ICW, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet removed from the hustle and bustle.We highly recommend without hesitation!

Comfortable and Great location!!!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this condo was perfect in so many ways. It met all our needs, including accessibility to restaurants, shops, beach (which we didn't get the opportunity to get to) as well as the baseball fields. I am a new host that loves taking care of people and I love where I live ( N Myrtle Beach). I have 4 grown children that love the beach so this gives them a place to vacation so I can see my grandchildren more. I decided to rent out the condo when it wasn't occupied with family. Cant wait for your family to make a tradition of staying at our family's favorite beach getaway.

Why they chose this property

This community is close to the neighborhood I live in. So many people talk about how quiet and friendly Carolina Keys is. I knew it was a place I would be comfortable in and hope my guest would be comfortable also.

What makes this property unique

I think the view of the Koi fish in the pond is a great place to unwind snuggle up with a good book and forget about the outside world for a few hours.
