With some small improvements this house could be wonderful. The floors, kitchen cabinets, and all corners of the house were dirty. There were dead bugs and cobwebs throughout. The ceiling lights and fans did not work, we had to go buy batteries for the remotes to turn them on. The queen bedroom light never worked. The plug in the hallway bathroom didn't work, making it difficult to get ready. If there was a mirror in the king room it would have helped. Kitchen cabinets were missing knobs, and drawers were broken. There was only one kitchen towel, no rag to clean dishes and counter tops, no can opener. We believe there was a skunk living under the house. The house smelled in the evening and early morning hours. The backyard was overgrown with weeds. It would have been nice to have a grill outside. There are active train tracks behind the house but it wasn't too bothersome. On a positive note, the beds and pillows were comfortable. There is plenty of room for a family and a nice park two doors down. The house was close to where we needed to be each day for our tournament. The water was hot for showers and washing dishes.
